About PFHxA

PFHxA belongs to a class of substances in PFAS, which is persistent, highly toxic and bioaccumulative in the environment. However, it is widely used in many industries, such as paper and cardboard (food contact materials), textiles such as personal protective equipment, household textiles and clothing, and fire-fighting foam, because of its waterproof, oil-proof and antifouling functions.

Warm tips

EU REACH regulations are becoming stricter, and enterprises are facing more and more control requirements. ZRLK suggested that relevant enterprises should investigate the compliance of perfluorinated substances in products as soon as possible in combination with the control of laws and regulations, so as to ensure that the products put on the market meet the control requirements of laws and regulations and avoid economic losses caused by violations after the products are put on the market.
