Attention! The American Toy Safety Standard ASTM F963 2023 has been officially released

On October 13, 2023, the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) released the toy safety standard ASTM F963-23. The expected mandatory adoption date will be April 2024.

Currently, Federal Regulations 16 CFR 1250 still use ASTM F963-17 as a mandatory version.
