1. The CE testing standards and items required for TWS headsets include EMC testing, RF testing, SAR evaluation, and LVD testing;

2. EMC tests whether the headset conforms to the CE directive on electromagnetic compatibility standards;

3. The RF test is aimed at the test of radio communication products. Since the wireless headset adopts wireless Bluetooth technology, it must meet the requirements of CE-RF;

4. SAR is the electromagnetic wave absorption ratio, which is aimed at the safety and health protection requirements of electronic and electrical products;

5. The LVD test is a low voltage directive to ensure that the equipment is safe to use in low voltage conditions. The part with a charging box also needs to meet the requirements of the LVD directive.

Electrical Safety (LVD): EN 62368-1:2014+A11:2017.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): EN 301489-1 V2.2.3 (General Provisions), EN 301489-17 V3.2.0 (Bluetooth, WALN).

Radio Frequency (RF): EN 300328 V2.2.2.

Health (SAR): EN 62479:2010 (or EN 50663:2017, less than 20mW can be excluded).

1. Operational Description (English);

2. Block Diagram (all crystal oscillators and crystal oscillator frequencies need to be drawn and kept consistent with the circuit diagram);

3. User Manual;

4. Schematics circuit diagram (must be consistent with the crystal frequency, number of crystals and crystal position in the block diagram);

5. Label label;

6. Wireless module technical parameters (frequency range, channel number, maximum transmission power, antenna gain, modulation method, etc.)

1. Preliminary consultation (consult the designated testing agency)

2. Document preparation (prepare information according to the instructions, fill in the application form, and provide product description information)

3. Product testing (send the product to the laboratory, test the sample data, send the sample to the staff in time, provide product manuals, drawings, technical parameters, etc.)

4. Audit (the certification body reviews the test report)
