What is a quality inspection report
The so-called quality inspection report refers to the safety and performance testing of the product, successfully entering other platforms such as Tmall, JD.com or supermarkets, or as a reference standard for consumers. According to the three-level standard (national standard, ministerial standard and enterprise's own standard), carry out quality assessment, make basic evaluation, and analyze the reasons for qualified or unqualified quality. This is the main part of the quality inspection report. It is necessary to have a laboratory authorized by China Metrology Certification (CMA) + China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and the quality inspection report issued by it is valid.
Lamp quality inspection report standard
Lamp quality inspection report generally refers to the GB7000 standard, or tests EMC electromagnetic compatibility, IP rating, luminous flux and other properties.
The GB7000 test standard for lamps makes key requirements for the following items:
Luminous flux maintenance rate: The ratio of the luminous flux at a specific time during the life of the lamp to the initial luminous flux of the lamp, expressed as a percentage, when the lamp is lit under specified conditions.
Life: the cumulative time when a finished lamp burns down from the ignition point, or when the lamp works to be lower than any requirement of the life performance specified in the standard. The lifetime of 50% lamp failures tested by several bulbs cannot be less than the lifetime of rated 50% lamp failures. The number of several lamps is determined by the manufacturer, but it should be at least 20.
Lumen maintenance rate: After 2000 hours of aging, including the aging stage, the lumen maintenance rate cannot be lower than the figure provided by the manufacturer.
All tests must be performed on the basis of the rated frequency, unless required by the manufacturer; the bulb must be tested on a ventilated, vertical base, including life testing. Regarding turning on and off, the lumen maintenance and life test of the lamp should be turned off 8 times within 24 hours. The closing time should be between 10-15 minutes. The opening time should be at least 10 minutes.
Which lamps need to do quality inspection report
Common lamps that require quality inspection include indoor ceiling lights, flood lights, bulb lights, LED tubes, light bars, outdoor square lights, courtyard lights, underground lights, etc. The quality inspection report of outdoor lamps is in addition to testing safety regulations In terms of content, performances such as dustproof and waterproof, environmental reliability, and anti-aging are also required.
Lamp quality inspection report purpose
Lamp quality inspection reports are often used for lamp project acceptance, national bidding and procurement contracts, acceptance, building materials market entry, B2C mall, investment promotion, etc.
Lamps and lanterns products enter and renew Taobao Tmall and other malls, and the items that need to be tested in the quality inspection report are:
Marking, structure, grounding, protection against electric shock, insulation resistance and electrical strength, leakage current, creepage distance and clearance, impact test, durability test, ball pressure test, needle flame test, component temperature test, wiring method, installation method, etc. Safety test.
