IECEE是在国内电工委员会（IEC）受权下开展任务的国内认证组织。IECEE-CB体系是电工产品平安测试报告互认的CB认证是一个真正的国内体系，试验验证机构取得CBTL认可试验室资质后，其出具的CB认证报告，可以失去其余成员国的认可，从而使被检测产品获得进入该国市场的准入证，到达“一个规范、一次检测、寰球通行”的指标。（IECEE is an international accreditation organization working under the authority of the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC).
